The basics of nutrition are usually pretty obvious but most people WON’T follow them. Here they are:
- Drink 3-4 liters of water every day.
- Eat 5-6 meals every day.
- Every meal should contain a protein, fat, and carb source, preferably from whole foods.
- Eat organic if possible, especially dairy products and meat sources.
- Supplements – all you need is a whole food based multi-vitamin and fish oil.
- Caffeine – only consume earlier in the day and never consume 6-7 hours before bed.
