Podcast #54: Six Keys To Nutrition

The basics of nutrition are usually pretty obvious but most people WON’T follow them. Here they are:

  1. Drink 3-4 liters of water every day.
  2. Eat 5-6 meals every day.
  3. Every meal should contain a protein, fat, and carb source, preferably from whole foods.
  4. Eat organic if possible, especially dairy products and meat sources.
  5. Supplements – all you need is a whole food based multi-vitamin and fish oil.
  6. Caffeine – only consume earlier in the day and never consume 6-7 hours before bed.
